Existing 2nd Covid Vacc Appointments – All Patients From Hotspot Areas Will Need To Provide Negative Covid Test Proof Results For The Last 3 Days And

Send The Results Plus Identification To Us Prior To The Next Appointments.

The Appointment Will Be Cancelled If This Cannot Be Provided. This Is For The Safety Of Our Doctors, Staff And All Our Patients.

We also ask that only the patient attend the clinic and if others come they must wait in the car or outside but the must be registered as having visited the clinic.
